Why is the witness of one man considered to be equal to the witness of two women?

Usually, the testimony of man and woman are equal. In other words, the witness whether man or woman it is the same. However, there is one exception from this rule, if the subject of testimony or the witness is required about the business transaction (loan, debt or lending) then the testimony of two women is considered equal to the testimony of one man. The reasoning behind this rule is that if one woman forgets the details about the transaction the other woman can remind her. As I said, the ruling which two witness from women is equal to one man is only related/restricted to the business transactions which loan/lend or debt involved. However, in other areas men and women are equal in testimony.
